ABOUT US

RotaCare Maryland Inc. is an access center that is part of the larger RotaCare Free Clinics, Inc. which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation. It is a volunteer alliance of medical professionals, organizations and community members dedicated to provide medical care and other needs to address the social determinants of health to uninsured families and individuals with limited ability to pay for medical care. We are volunteer driven and supported solely through locally based philanthropy.

RotaCare Maryland Inc’s Board of Directors is directly responsible to state licensing agencies for the provision of quality medical care and provides legal governance for clinics within their geographical area. The leadership team provides a consistent, reliable level of service and support to the current clinic and any future clinics.

Dr. Pallavi Gowda is a medical doctor with a passion for community health and wellness. She is the founder and CEO of RotaCare Maryland Inc but also manages her own private practice as well as engages in Community Service.

Petty Officer Cooper graduated Saint Leo University, Tampa, FL with his Bachelor’s in Health Care Management in April 2015 and Executive MHA at the George Washington University in August 2017. Jarrett Cooper’s retirement date of a 20 year military career is approved for March 31, 2022.

Dr. Parithosh K. Tungaturthi is an Intellectual Property (IP) professional registered to practice before U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He has over 15 years of experience in the field.
